haha I see that you know a bit about the area seriously there are some hipsters and there is gentrification in the department but really not so much, the population remains the poorest in the country by far, for instance when you have a city like saint denis which has roughly 100,000 inhabitants, with half of them living in the projects, 2 or 3 hipsters coming in town do not change anything.
