it depends on what you want to study. there rarely are any reputable ones. FIT which is primarily a fashion and art school (and primarily for associates degrees, although some do pursue their bachelor's), is part of the State University of New York and will cost you about $4-5K plus another $10K for room and board if you are a NYC resident. If not, it's still a lot less in comparison with other colleges. I think tuition is around $10K for non-residents. there are also about of CUNY schools to choose from but the best one, Baruch, doesn't offer housing. you can try City College in Harlem which offers housing. for a non resident total costs will amount to about $20K. Hunter offers housing but its very limited and hard to get. good luck on your hunt.
