have plans to return to college for science/physics/math........i have some college credits leading toward degree in business admin and with a gpa 3.8. does anyone have any suggestions? what about time limits for nyc residency status?

Also - if you're into science/math, SUNY Stonybrook is good. Not a cheap as a CUNY but still cheap compared to private colleges.
