I live in kew gardens and they started Sunday night. For some reason they skipped certain blocks but as of yesterday it looked great. Thanks

That "some reason" is residents parking like morons preventing a large trucking from driving down that street.

And he got arrested.... hope he didn't file a false report & injure himself because he was nervous about losing his radio. This department's stupid rules has new guys nervous at all times for even the smallest bs
