If it's snow, they're gonna stagger breaks so every spreader isn't on break at the same time. Should be written in your card.

What awol said. Also, an hour into overtime you get a ten minute break - That's your union break, so take it.
After that it falls into grey area; You take short "coffee" breaks as needed, but you shouldn't abuse it.
In MY experience, no one ever gave me a hard time about it.

Honestly over the winters already. You do this long enough and it just gets monotonous. Money will be good this weekend and into the week but give me a heavy route in the spring and fall instead, I'm a happy man. New guys enjoy this while you can, you will start hating it soon enough.
