Hi. Congratulations. I'm still waiting. Lol You had to put down a security deposit on the apartment? If so how many months down did you have to put and is it the same for every development?
Citygrl13, every apt requires a security deposit. With nycha it depends on you income because they take 30% for rent. I wonder why i got a letter to pick developments first in order to get an interview. Thats weird, everyone says u get the interview first then pick the development.

Oh ok. I thought nycha would be a little different. Thanks.
How could it be that someone with a $300 - $400 "smart" phone would consider and/or qualifies for NYCHA ?
That phone actually retails for closer to $400 and who knows how much the plans are each month.
Something is wrong in this world in which we live.

For your info my phone wasn't 400-300. i got it for less cause I'm on a contact. And I do qualify for nycha. Mind your business. And worry about yourself instead of criticizing other people.
