Did you set up your own coned or are you paying management like queens said?

Maybe 22/23 is what philly mentioned the "other" unit. Hope youre enjoying your studio! If line 25/26 is 522 sqft then 28/29 is probably smaller and that great of a deal.

Please report back after you moved in for a few weeks. Some tenants in SVEN have trouble controlling the room temperature; just curious if that's also a problem at Gotham. Thanks!!
No I don't think the elevators are currently split, the two in the back wasn't working everytime I pressed the buttons probably because it's still reserved for construction. They all go to the same floors so I think we have 5 elevators for residence side, with 1 freight elevator that's two sided to the elevator hall and trash area going up. Floors 5-11 have 2 additional elevators from the senior side, but it's a long path to get back to the residence side because you have to make trips to floor C. For some reason the back door doesn't work with my card key and there's still construction on the block of North Tower, just a little inconvenient walking around it everytime with my dog.

I was told that Gotham Point will be in charge of our electric bill which will come out with the rent bill on the following month. Tempature in the apartment seems to stay at a good 70s for me without having my heater running at all, but I believe they include heating/gas/water for free. I haven't had any issues with the tempature yet for me to test the thermostat as much, but I will most likely be using the AC as soon as it starts getting warmer!

I was also able to set up ACP for free Verizon Fios 300 mbs, only downside is it won't be applied until 1/2 months later, so you will have to cover $49.99 on autopay for first month. Make sure you get approved on the website first with your lease documents to try to get it activated once you start the service. If the ACP website rejects your document submission, make sure you call them for a document review and highlight the page that says affordable housing in the description with the signatures of you/gotham.

I decided not to sign since I like large spaces so I couldn't come to terms with the unit size. For the price I have to pay, I can get a much larger space in Jersey so I'll probably head over there soon.

I updated the excel sheet to include photos of 25/26 for those that are interested.

Good luck all!

Is it me or does it look like like 26 1 bed has smaller windows than the rest?

Thanks for the update!

For those who live in the NORTH TOWER lottery, is there any utilities that you have to pay outside of the rent? If so, how much is everything?

Hello, does having poor credit disqualify you from getting apartment? I got a notification to submit documents today which I did. I’m just concerned about my credit, it isn’t that great.

Congrats on being contacted! Would you mind sharing your approximate log # and if you are part of any preference categories?
