I think it also depends on how many units they have left for CB and what bracket you're in. One of my friends who got log 98k with CB hasn't been contacted yet.

Maybe what you qualify for is different than the one with log number 111k?

possibly but they don't truly know what you qualify for unless you submit documents. I guess I'd have to read the marketing handbook on the contact order more in depth.

Welll they do know initially based off what you enter as your household/income but yeah hopefully they aren’t skipping logs.

Roughly for sure, though it does change so i guess it would depend on when they pull that. My income has changed since I applied to this building and I did update my HC page and now fall in a different AMI than I did before I was 80 and now I qualify for 125 and 165 which usually have more units available. I would think best practice though would be to still contact but maybe they don't have to.
