I spoke to him and he said he is still working on the cb (i am in the CB) and will probably not get to my application because my log is 15xxx and there is a lot of people ahead of me because of a lower log number, so I should reach out to him in the first week of march to check in. I also called hpd and they said they haven’t received any application for this building yet

Did he give any sort of indication if something like 10k is too high also?

Kind of surprised I haven't been contacted for this because I have a 4xx log number. I'm not that upset about it because the price is really high, but I was sort of expecting to at least get a doc request.
