But there's always hope that they get to that Log# even without city preference.

I have a feeling they’re going to call you, they always do this then boom you get called. They take a while to reach out to people I think it’s because they have multiple other projects to handle.

No, they do community board for the first 50% of available lottery apartments are for those who live in that CB, then the other remaining preferences. Then they go to general population which is anyone in nyc outside of the community board
