just because the 130% AMI is high why would anyone not still apply when they have 70% & 80% AMI units available?
I think the previous comments about the rent being high for the 130% AMI is from people who might fall in that group and are ineligible to apply for the 70-80% units. They would all likely agree it is a better deal for lower AMIs. I am in these brackets so I have applied and would likely take a unit if I somehow secured one. But even for the 70-80% range, the ratio of income to rent is pushing it.
Units look very nice, lots of light coming in from those windows. Not to mention that added mirror and cabinet space in the bathroom?! That 9C bedroom closer is super spacious!
