Congratulations!!!
Did the offer arrive after you called them yesterday or it just came as a surprise? ( I Know you have been waiting for a month now after finale review... ) I am just wondering if I should call back again next week or if I should wait patiently since yesterday when I called they confirmed that the leasing agent have my application.
Once again congrats!!!

A good place to get school recommendation is the Stuytown Moms Facebook group. My friend used to live at Stuytown with her toddler and she met other parents for playdates and tips for schools and day care centers in the area.
Hey, new here. I was reached out to a few days ago and submitted docs right away. I have a pretty high log number though, and hoping for a 2 bed. Does anyone have any sense of the inventory? And how long did it take after you submitted docs before you heard back?

Thanks for the info of the Stuytown mom’s group.
I currently live on the UWS… and my son school is in the LES… so moving to Stuytown would be ideal and joining the parents list serves are always a good thing it often is a good community full of resources.

Apparently 2 beds are being processed now, and 1 beds are on hold. There seems to be a longer wait for 1 beds. As far as exact inventory (like how many are left), I wish I knew!
We submitted docs in person, sent an email to let them know to look for them, and heard back a couple days later.

Thank you! I'm wondering if there's any hope for me with a log #8XXX. I'd hope they wouldn't reach out if they knew there wasn't a shot. I'm a solo parent and grew up in the area, so this would be life-changing, but I'm very skeptical.
I see there are some questions about the neighborhood/public schools. I went to schools in Districts 1 and 2 where a lot of stuytown kids went, so if anyone has questions feel free to DM!
I just got my offer!!!! Thanks to everyone for the support. My apt will only be available Oct 8th
Congrats!!! I know you have been waiting for a long time! Wish you the best and sending positive energy your way!
