I’m certified to todt hill for the past year and I called to check on my status and was told the buildings will be renovated and they’re not taking in any new tenants until 2024. They said to check my mailbox because they’ll be mailing out letters to everyone on the waitlist. This is ridiculous.

Omg really so they also have to send you a new list for you to select from I think they should do that girl call and do that you maybe lucky might get a pick with available move in ready apartments
Has anybody been called back yet to see a unit or get they keys are working families getting called back ?????????

What I found out we are last priority and like Deputy Director told me people wait 5-10 years after they r certified so good luck we may be called for apartment that we r selected in 2031
So far I wrote to mayor office, district i selected Deputy Director, my development manager, Greg Russ and nycha head board multiple times, some other district representatives and all they are doing is jivin me with there is a huge wait list we can not provide
You with information wait and keep on waiting till you get called. At this point I am going to contact legal aid and try to speak with lawyer about some issues and go to news and I’m done. It all looks like a game to me and circus. Nycha just like to play with poor people and give them more anxiety
I’m over it I give up to it’s sad to say give up but I’m not waiting on NYCHA no more I’ll be waiting the rest of my life
