well over 200 spots ... im trying to be in a apartment a year from now or a year and a half to be honest. I read all of your stories on here and feel happy but some of you get a call to see the apartment in the 50's some in the 70's. I'm thinking how is this possible. but here you are ..hey ..(shrug). I'm so happy for everyone on this list really. have you guys ever type in the history of the tenants who lived there? some have been there for almost 40 years sheesh. Its quite interesting though. little articles here and there. gossip lol whatever. I just want somewhere safe also not a fan of that MTA thing being built Im quite pissed.
Where I live (a Mitchell Lama building) I've had the same neighbors for the entirety of my 34 years. Mitchell Lamas and similar programs bring safety and stability. My grandparents on both sides were original tenants of the buildings and my brother inherited my paternal grandparents' apartment. People who live in Mitchell Lamas have usually been there for many decades!

That's the one bedroom list. I posted on here the how many of each. But basiaclly there are 4 x as many one bedroom than studios.
