You didn't answer how you like it so far???
Lol....they still haven't sent me a copy. Then again, I gotta check the mail this week. Is heat included? I'm not clear on that. I know electric is separate. I don't get a statement til end of November. Curious to see what my electric bill will look like. DM me.
I'm just so nervous because if I'm not mistaken there are only 38 apartments. Would they even need to get to my number to fulfill that. I am also CB preference

It’s been a great week. My husband and I just signed our lease yesterday, and received our keys! We’re extremely excited, and so blessed. I believe management is still on CB preference, and I’ve seen many tenants in and out of the building yesterday. We got a two bedroom, because we have a toddler, and currently expecting. Good luck to everyone, it’s a gorgeous building and I hope to see all of you around! Any questions, and I’ll continue to check back here

I’m assuming this is about another lottery because 420 kent doesn’t have any 70% AMI
If you did an appeal and they told you you qualify for 70% AMI and they offer apartments in that bracket now you continue with the process.
