ughh just spoke to someone and they said my paper work is still being reviewed and it could take up to 4 four months not promising at all kinda sucks cause my log number is 16 i guess it doesnt matter log number.

just spoke to my worker she said it was in last review so I called HPD and they don't have my case ughh so confused

Thanks donnalantoine1208 I appreciate your support, I just feel discouraged especially she said it could take 4 months by then there will be no more apartments left. I am leaving it in God hand he is the only one who can make this. happen. I wish you luck and eveyone else.

Thanks, Incog79. When you move to a one bedroom, maybe you'll get less noisy neighbors. I'm curious about the waitlist for a one bedroom process as well, even though I haven't actually moved in to my studio yet! When I was looking at apartments in July, one of the apartments was still occupied and the owner said that they waited for a one bedroom with balcony for a year on the internal list, but she wanted a specific building, so maybe that took longer.

I've been to my apartment several times and it's been pretty quiet, but I haven't spent the night, so I don't know what to expect as far as street noise, etc. Typical NYC noises I suppose.

A couple of things-They are still working off the old waitlist and parking is $135/month and there is a waitlist for that.
