Right me to the person who handles the building wasn't there so I spoke to someone else. She probably told me info she wasn't suppose to but I appreciated it. But my son will be 2 in May.
I just called hpd.and there's around 16 people in front of me not including appeals. Then also my handler put me down for studio which is a bummer since I have a son. I wanted to know for example let's say they get to my number can I ask for 1 bedroom. Or would I be too pushy
Don’t worry you will get into the building. I went to see my apt today it’s VERY small. I’m taking the apt but it’s very small so I know when more people start showing up to view the apt they will turn it down especially if u have a big space now. It’s tiny the kitchen and the bathroom is the biggest place in the whole apt

Which price range one did they give u the 900 ? Also what floor did u get ?
Also since u got the point of seeing a apartment are u able to ask for a bigger apartment for example studio to 1 bedroom
No you only get what your approved for. In your case u can get a one bedroom or the studio you was approved for the studio but if someone turns down a one bedroom u will get it. They move fast they are not playing u have 24 hours to let them know if u will take the unit once u see it

All the apts are the same size it doesn’t matter what price your paying. I Asked today do people that pay more have bigger apts they only have studios and one bedrooms and two bedrooms
I did take pics and videos I’ll post the pics and videos after tenant selection in process is over. I don’t want you guys to see the pics and then just decide to not take it once u get inside u can see what you can fit inside the apt.
