New Mexico is the most beautiful place in the world!!
I call it home!
I miss the quiet cold dessert nights. I have lots of pics but cant promise a quick up load though.
How is Ruidoso doing? The winners circle was the best after a race. Of course that was years ago!
Picture I took on a short day trip trip to the Rio Puerco "White Mesa Bike Trails Area". More
information on the area can be found at the Bureau of Land Management (BLM): White Mesa Bike Trails :

Went up Sierra Blanca last week! Very scary drive!!!
It's definitely not a road to be driving if you're a driver who is easily distracted. I have had only one accident in the many many times I've driven the road - mostly in winter - and that cable "guard rail" that looks as if it wouldn't hold wet noodles is all that saved me from going over. The side of the sedan I was driving had a nice wrinkle all the way down the side where one of the cables damaged it, but otherwise no harm done.

If I had been you, I would have needed a few extra pairs of pants/underwear.
You guys and all your pictures make me love New Mexico more and more! Thanks
