Can somebody please give me information regarding Ryan homes building Westfield Chase in Sicklerville, NJ?

budget is about 250K to 275K and commute to 30th St, Philadelphia.

how about the schools ?

if your driving to Philly everyday move closer to the bridge. For that $ you can live in Delran or Cinaminson which both have better schools then whats in Sicklerville. Ryan homes are building a development right on the Delaware too. Cinnaminson harbor. Look into that.

What I would do and have done.. find all of the new home builders and walk each model house. Look at the different models, lots, location to other things like stores, school. You also need to look at quality.

There are so many new home builders, while they look good online, once you start walking them you see what you don't want.

We ended up going further down about 10 minutes in Monroe Township - Williamstown. Even here, like any town you need to look at the area as there are different parts of the town.

We almost bought in Winslow, thankfully we didn't.

Moving from Texas to Morrisville area. Anyone know of a community that is better and cheaper. Looking for a new home. We know nothing about the area.

I can tell you that I have installed radon reduction systems in many homes in that development and other developments throughout Winslow Township.

Hello I'm a mother of three looking to rent a home somewhere in Sicklerville don't know anything about this town but i think anything would be better than what I'm trying to get away from. Anyone have any info that they can tell me about it please let me know. (like the neighborhoods, schools, playground, crimes,) anything like it will be appreciated thank you.
