Does anyone like this part of the town?

I went to see a home there. Hamilton commons is the name of the new condos being built there.
It has a park and lake in walking distance.
And a ok downtown just across the street.

I'm familiar with this section of town. I use the APC at the USPS location near it. I find it very promising. That said, it's not the nicest place to live in yet. But I think it will be, once we're over the current recession and well into the next economic upcycle.
