In Brick, try almost $6,000/year and going up in January.
coming from somerset count down to brick my taxes went down quite a bit and we have a house double in size and almost an acre and yes it is over 6,000.....but honestly i feel it is worth it....
Can anybody here please fill me in on how much the property taxes would average on a 300,000 home in Brick NJ & also Toms River NJ?
Also what is the sales tax there?
Thanks
If you have a house in mind you can look it up on zillow. The taxes part of it are usually accurate
