I got this guy, installed 2 of them myself(without electrocution or burning down the house) and they work great!

That's what I'm afraid of, electrocution or burning down the house, lol. I injure myself opening a pack of batteries. And both my late father and late brother were electricians (Dad was even an electrical engineer.) I'm afraid I didn't get the gene.
