Here's a list of good BYOB's. All prices are reasonable except for maybe Garlic Rose:

Mexican - La Estacion, 94 Elm Street Morristown. They will make Sangria for you, for any bottle of wine you bring in.
Italian - Gourmet Cafe, Baldwin Shopping Plaza, corner of Route 46 West and Baldwin Road, Parsippany
Continental - Garlic Rose, 41 Main St, Madison
Middle Eastern - Kabab Paradise, 76 N Beverwyck Road, Lake Hiawatha
