Does anyone have any suggestions on choosing to live in Londonderry vs Windham? Schools? Taxes? Neighborhoods? Town feel? Any ideas/comments are appreciated!

Well I'll reply

We just moved to Londonderry and love it but I haven't been here long enough to compare it for you.

Both towns are desirable, one closer to downtown Manchester and the airport (Londonderry) and one closer to Mass (Windham).

Windham is more expensive, income per capita is 3rd highest in NH. New high school.

Generally, Less for more, as far as buying and renting in Windham.

I suggest living in Windham if you don't mind likely getting a little less property. Great town. Buying, they both have advantages and disadvantages. Taxes are high also.

Default Thanks

Thanks a lot for your responses! We've decided on Windham, and hope to be new residents by this summer!

I found this thread searching the same question as we're looking to move soon. Did you end up in Windham and do you love it?

The OP hasn't returned since 2010. You'd do better to look at more recent threads.
