Does anyone have any suggestions on choosing to live in Londonderry vs Windham? Schools? Taxes? Neighborhoods? Town feel? Any ideas/comments are appreciated!
Both towns are desirable, one closer to downtown Manchester and the airport (Londonderry) and one closer to Mass (Windham).
Windham is more expensive, income per capita is 3rd highest in NH. New high school.
Generally, Less for more, as far as buying and renting in Windham.
I suggest living in Windham if you don't mind likely getting a little less property. Great town. Buying, they both have advantages and disadvantages. Taxes are high also.
