I strongly suggest you find employment in New Hampshire or northeast Mass before you move. You should use the NEA jobs site for information if you are a member. I also suggest you avoid mobile home (trailer) parks like the plague.

Relax Greg, this is dated back to 2011........ The user just before your post was wondering what ever happened..... I sure don't know.

What I know is last night was cold and clearing and pretty soon the full moon will be out, and after that it will be BLACK FLY SEASON...... After that is skeeters season, noseeum season, tick season, and winter!

What's wrong with trailer parks? I live in one now and I pay less than renting. Atleast there is some value in the trailer when you do sell it. Unlike renting which is money going into someone elses pocket. Plus the taxes are significantly lower too. Once I'm ready I hope to sell my trailer and use it as a downpayment on my first house.

Default think carefully about it

Unless you have a huge cushion of money, don't move without jobs. Jobs are far and few between here. Not saying it's impossible to get one, but be realistic. It also depends upon how you're living to live until a job is found, whether or not you are by yourself or have a spouse and/or children, whether you have friends and/or family to lean on when needed. My son and his wife really want to move up here this summer, but they won't move without at least one job guarantee beforehand, and this is even with them knowing they could live with us for a time if they needed to. Good luck in your job search.
