Lincoln Gangster Rappers Selling Cocaine! Lets Take Action! (law, association)

Hello everyone!
I have posted on these forums before concerning a local rap group named “Dem’ Lincoln Boyz”. I shared with all of you how their lyrical content shocked me, and the damage I feel they could potentially unleash upon our community. Many argued that they were just exercising their right to speak freely, which I don’t necessarily disagree with. However I have been watching this group closely and it pains me to say I have reason to believe they are selling drugs, specifically cocaine in our community.

Please visit the above link. I am aware that it may just give their disgusting song a few more plays on youtube, however to understand where I am coming from and why I am so concerned I think it is imperative you listen to the lyrics of their song titled “cocaine blues”.

We need find out who these individuals are and make sure they are not able to pump poison into our beautiful city.

You're kidding right? You need to chill and not take stuff so literal.
I couldn't even listen to more than 5 seconds of that song because it hurt my brain. I'm pretty sure my brain cells tried killing themselves.
I also do not know one person in Lincoln that would listen to these guys.
There are many many songs about drugs, sex and rock and roll. Are you going to rally up against every one of them? Eric Clapton, Pink Floyd, Bob Dylan... Those a just a few actual artists (unlike these guys) that sing about it.
Rap is just a different form of expression. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean that they don't have a right to rap about it.
It's called freedom of speech....

Last time I talked about this rap group someone accused me of "sneaky advertising". Trust me, if I made music it would be better. These guys have 0 talent, just a scary, violent message that despite them making bad music, I am very concerned about. The only reason I posted their song is so people can literally hear what I am talking about.

Has the OP contacted law enforcement with your suspicions? That is what you need to do if you have credible suspicion /evidence.

Ya, the music is tasteless and horrible. But what is your point?? You do know that Johnny Cash sang a very famous song entitled "Cocaine Blues" don't you?

Ya, these guys are talking about being high. So?? How do you then make the leap to them peddling drugs? Do you have any idea how many records glorify violence, drugs, sex, and booze?? And you somehow think this pathetic local group is going to have a larger impact on the youth than the national known pukes out there??

I just don't get your obsession with this group. If you actually want to help your community this is a huge waste of time. Chances are these guys have no association with the actual drug world. Far far far more damage is occurring everyday in cities across the U.S. and musicians have very little to do with it.

I simply don't get it.

If you have no actual facts, you are wasting you time and everyone else's. What do you expect?? Everyone on here to rally on up and question them? Sounds like you have way too much time on your hands. If I were you, I'd be glad there's a group out there that wants to represent Lincoln, Nebraska!!!!
