this is a long shot, I know.
I returned my notebook to 425 new Sanford road last month.
fed ex delivered it 11am 04/03/13.

because I didn't know any better, I simply put it back in it's original box and sent it there when it suddenly stopped working. didn't know I was supposed to call and get a special box and service order number.
haven't heard a thing in a month so I've been on the phone all day seeking information.
but with no service order number it appears no one can help me.

I have the model number, order number, serial number, and the fed ex tracking number.
is there any way to find it somewhere at that address?

You need to keep calling until you talk to the right person. You have to push. You have proof it was delivered. MUST be a 'lost & found' section. The Fed Ex paperwork had a return address. Sounds pretty fishy to me. Perhaps you can tell whoever answers the phone that you are going to get the police involved?

Someone CAN help you. You just have to find the right person.

I googled the address and it came up on a "BuyerBeware" list for the state of TN. Looks like their local number might be 615- 287 - 2700.

Try getting in touch with the State of TN Consumer Affairs department here:

Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance (TDCI) - Consumer Complaints

I'd keep pushing . . . if there was no paperwork included, someone should have returned your computer to you (return to sender) collect.
