Just a fun thread as summer concert season is coming up, and we have one to go to in
4 weeks. Trying to get some ideas~
What are some yummy food ideas that you like to eat while tailgating at football games/concerts in Nashville?

"Walking tacos" are popluar. Chili or taco meat spooned into individual serving size bags of fritoes topped with cheese, sour cream, taco sauce, etc.

One of the popular fall recipes I've seen is a big pot of mashed potatoes served in little clear plastic cups with a variety of toppings, cheese, bacon, sour cream, chives, etc.

I took a crabmeat quiche and salad and fruit to concerts at the Hollywood Bowl.

Find Dining Downloads on the internet. Sometimes they feature a free tailgate cookbook.

There are probably lots of tailgating ideas on Pinterest, too. Hmmm. (off to check). We have some serious tailgaters in Middle Tennessee. FUN!

Best I've ever had: grilled dove wrapped in bacon and a cherry. Toss it on the grill for a few minutes...heaven.
