My boys have had May 4th (opening day here) circled on the calendar since March, at least. So yes, we went last night. Spiderman has DEFINITELY invaded our house!

My son has been asking me all week, "Is it Spiderman 3 day?"...LOL So after seeing it, he has now started asking me, "Can we go again?"...LOL

It was good, but Dad can take him to the second showing once was enough for me.

Once in the theater was enough for me too. But you can bet your bottom dollar this one will be in our home collection... along with all the Star Wars, Batman, James Bond, etc.

I'm very eager to watch it! I finally saw Spiderman and Spiderman 2 after your thread reminded me. I loved it. Very creative and entertaining. In Spiderman 2, I liked the part when Harry Osborn, the son of the previous villain, Norman Osborn in 1 discovers the secret room. In both films, the newspaper editor was hilarious and stole the show in every scene. I’m going to see 3 when it becomes available on Netflix. I can hardly wait. The CGI effects were thrilling to watch. The Spiderman series are definitely worth seeing.

I'm glad you enjoyed it! SPM3 was pretty good I have to say. The special effects are amazing. As usual, IMO, it felt like they were cramming too much story into one movie but it was still fun to watch.
