It was "Horror" for Friday night, so I picked up "The Midnight Horror Collection" from the shelf and found Meridian (Video 1990) - IMDb
It was a nice little surprise. Decent cast, great sets, things to fall in love with. Full Moon Productions from my experience tends to make decent movies to spend 90 minutes or so away from the normal world.

My husband thought it was too one-note...everyone xcept the NSA guy was so serious, dead-pan-- just no energy...
I found it more compelling in its unrolling of info
