Bok-Soon runs a street stall while taking care of her younger sister. Bok-Soon may not be the brightest girl but what she lacks in intelligence, she makes up for in uncontrollable rage. She's infamously known as the 'psycho *****' in her neighborhood. Bok-Soon's relatively peaceful life with her sister is disrupted when they cross paths with a serial killer named Tae-Soo. Tae-Soo kills Bok-Soon's sister because she may have stumbled upon the truth of his murderous lifestyle.
A news team trails a man as he travels into the world of Eden Parish to find his missing sister, where it becomes apparent that this paradise may not be as it seems.
Very much like the Jonestown massacre in 1978. I thought this movie was a pretty good find on Netflix.
Last night I watched The Gift 2015 starring Jason Bateman. Very good film. Not as predictable as I had thought it would be. Although my daughter figured out the ending pretty quick.

Yeah, I had it on My List for months after having read an article on how good it was and felt the time was right. I'm old enough to remember Jonestown and watched a few documentaries so I wasn't really impressed, especially with some of the acting in The Sacrament.
Having said that I will admit that there were times when I was whispering at the laptop, "don't go there" "Are you an idiot? Why are you yelling when you see all those bodies near the pavilion?" "come on man, just get in the helicopter and eff your friend".
