Saw "Still Alice" today--just great performance by Julianne Moore--but takes a strong heart to watch the performance which is extremely detailed and real...

Nightcrawler, movies on demand, 5$

It was different. Its sort of a character study in a way and you spend a lot of time wondering who is this guy and how did he get that way?

Gyllenhall, however you spell it, did a good job.

Was surprised to see Bill Paxton in this, the part wasn't very big or demanding............there actually aren't many characters in it.

Thought Gyllenhall was superb--I don't think he blinked at any time on the screen--nailed that psycho persona-

The Guest (2014) - quite a ride.

Anna's final line of the film pretty much sums it up.

Unbroken. It was a torturous movie to sit through. He went through so much, and it was like you were going through it with him...long, slow torture. He was a hero in every aspect.

I also watched The Equalizer and Taken 3 with some guy friends. Too much testosterone in both. The guys loved both of them, of course. I just wanted them to be over. Then, I watched An Affair to Remember with some friends, girls of course. Wonderful movie.
