"Agora" at the movies yesterday night. Excellent film about Greek Mathematician Hypatia with Rachel Weisz . Wonderful sets and costumes, great acting and a rather thought provoking film about Religion and fanaticism .

The Robot vs The Astec Mummy. It was an old Mystery Science Theater episode that I watched on Netflix.

I enjoyed "Agora" a lot, as you say quite thought provoking and at times uncomfortable.

Last night a watched "Spanglish" and thought it was a very good movie. As often is the case it was sold as a comedy but there were very few comedy scenes and to me it was a far more serious and deep movie. And Adam Sandler, who narmally I don't like did a good job too
