Finding Forrester, believe it or not I had not seen it when it came out (2000). I really enjoyed it.

A young writing prodigy finds a mentor in a reclusive author.

Hunt For Red October. Internet was out due to a fire in town and it wiped out the lines..so we were doomed to DVDs for hours.

Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017) - 6/10. Not the worst movie I've seen this year.

The Shape of Water (2017), Guillermo del Toro - 5/5. Really loved this, my expectations were really high considering who directed it and the cast, and were definitely met. Not quite Pan's Labyrinth, but pretty close.
