Christian Slater? and other good actors, Morgan Freeman: the flood in a small town with them killing each other over stolen canvas bags of money; lots of rowboats, and jetskis, going down flooded hallways of a church? and the sheriffs office?
Cemetary scene, lots of double-crosses, shoot 'em in the back sort of thing going on thru out the movie.
I forgot the title but LOVED the movie,,,,
duh I'm a dummy today, I got brain lock.

HARD RAIN: He was a armored truck driver, caught in the middle of this flood, trying to keep his cargo of canvas bags of cash out of hands of lots of nasty, crooked men. does that qualify? as a disaster? I'm not sure.
