This was really fun to watch (for the most part). It's about the last surviving physical Blockbuster video rental store (in Bend, Oregon). It's just so funny how everyone relates to what an experience it was to go there back then, and how it was almost a community experience to rent movies that way. I could relate to every memory that was brought up. I didn't realize how much I miss it. Like I said, really fun.
I originally thought I wasn't going to like this for it has the Blair Witch approach to movie making, a lot of running through the lens of the camera. But.....it grows on you through the time of the movie. It's worth a look. A 6.5.
Gentleman's Agreement (1947), a film starring Gregory Peck as a journalist who pretends to be Jewish in order to write an expose on discrimination against Jews. It won the Best Picture Oscar that year. Interesting stuff.
Went to a local theater and saw NOBODY which stars Bob Odenkird (Better Call Saul).
EXCELLENT movie. Even my husband liked it and he hates everything.
