I would say the treatment of Meryl Streep annoys me. Her role in a movie could literally be her sneezing once in a scene and she would still get an Oscar nomination that year for it. So annoying.
Funny thing is, a really convincing fake sneeze IS rather difficult to pull off.
I do not know what it is, but I can not stand Diane Keaton. She has been in a lot of great films. For male actors, it would be Martin Short. His movie "Clifford" must be what they show in hell to torture people.
Wanda Sykes, end of debate. Just hideous to listen to and very hard on the eyes to look at and a troll of a person personality wise. Kathey Griffin is a close second, though.
Now Wallace Shawn may have a grating voice but that's part of his charm like it was with Gilbert Godfried. And neither of those two have any hate disorder like the she hags before mentioned do. I like Wallace Shawn in everything he's done. He reminds me a bit of Strother Martin. " What we have here is failure to communicate." Maybe the greatest actors are those that are just so ordinary yet get up on stage and screen and get you to watch them.
Also have to include Chris Tucker and Kevin hart on annoying manners of speech. They fake emotion and excitability so poorly. Seriously, if you worked around someone that talked like that you'd have to punch them.

Yep. Not the most annoying, but certainly up there in the top 5. And not really all that funny.

I find Wallace Shawn strangely endearing. And I really liked him in The Princess Bride. Gilbert Godfried's voice cleaves my skull like a hatchet. If I ever had to listen to him in person I might commit homicide.

No worries about Chris Tucker because he's disappeared into obscurity. (Except for that strange cameo in Silver Linings Playbook.....)
