I apologize for my memory didn't retain much of this movie, but it has to do with a a sister or the lover of a woman who is dead, and she is a ghost and the person follows the ghost to a cliff(?) and maybe falls off. It takes place at night and I think there might have been a rose involved.

The daughter of a ghostly woman is lured to a cliff at night and almost falls off. The girl is following the scent of mimosa flower perfume throughout the film.
