I am trying to remember the name of a movie that I saw on TV probably 15 or 20 years ago. It's about a character who sees scenes in a small town but then sees them recreated/painted on an elaborate card. The scene I remember specifically is of a woman in a long red coat.
The movie is NOT Dear Secret Santa (2013), The Christmas Card (2006), or Karroll's Christmas (2004), all of which are about Christmas cards.
