An old Christmas movie about a teddy bear that leaves the house/cabin it is in gets lost in a snow storm. I dont remember why he left. I also think there was a second toy with the bear. I used to watch it all the time when I was really young in the 90's

I have seen this Christmas movie! I ask EVERYONE what it is called or if they've ever heard of it and I never get any positive results! I, too NEED to know the title of this movie! It can't be just us two!
I can't remember an old(like before 1970s i think) christmas carroll animated film, starring boy and a girl on ice skates etc, different snow scenery, and snowflakes that are appearing on the ice/glass like magically with a touch or smthg... i think it doesn't have actually a story line, its more of a carroll based film...
im trying to remember a christmas movie from a long time ago. it was one where santa befriended a homeless boy who liked this rich girl. then one of santas elves left the north pole with some of the reindeers flying powder and got in with a candy maker and made candy that caused people to fly but if it got too hot it exploded do you know which one that is
