Title of a political thriller from 2013 or last year.... (film, action, based)

Does anyone remember the title of a recent political thriller based on the overthrowing of one of the governments of South America many years ago?

The movie came out either early this year or late last year, and told the story about how the opposition utilized an extensive TV campaign which took forever to gain traction because of the intransigence of the state-owned media which rarely ran their ads.

Only a succession of secret meetings and very under-the-table public awareness campaigns eventually forced the dictator to resign after it became obvious that he was going to lose the election.
