Can't believe that you racked up so many responses in just a few days. I don't think there are very many movies that fall into this category, but you must admit it's a fairly common fantasy.
Personally, I've always had Asian friends, and it bugs me that there are so few Asian actors, and really no notable popular American male Asian actor at all. I think the only really prominent Asian actress in America may have been Anna May Wong.
Kung Pow = White guy Asian chick
Kung Fu Hustle = Asian guy Asian chick
The One = Asian guy white chick
The Hangover 2 = White guy Asian transexual
Then watch Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon/Rashomon/and Hero

DO NOT watch Hero. It will not make you feel better. That is probably the worst movie every conceived and the only one I've ever walked out on. I was expecting a Jet Li movie and I got Rick-Rolled big time.
I didn't like HERO either. Visually beautiful, yes. But boooooring, and a pretty blatant apology for totalitarianism.
