For those of you on this thread that liked the movie (I loved it), you'll be happy to know there's a sequel coming out next year with the same cast. Saw a trailer for it yesterday when I went to see "The Hundred Foot Journey", which I also enjoyed very much.

The new movie is called "The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel".

I also saw the preview for the sequel when I saw "The Hundred Foot Journey." I really enjoyed the latter and am looking forward to seeing "The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel" when it comes out in the spring.

Great film with lots of outstanding acting. It's nice to see the character transformations.

I actually loved this movie. Got it at Netflix first but then bought the DVD and have watched that several times as well. Also watched it on TV at least once.

I am really looking forward to the second one. I usually don't go to theatres, but I have a gift coupon so may go to see this one. Will probably also buy the DVD when it comes out.

I find it funny that Edith on Downton named her baby Marigold when there are 2 stars from both the movies on there.
