No contest it would be Homeward Bound 2. The original was kinda boring. The second added additional interesting characters. I think that's what I liked most about it.
Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay. I think I liked the original too but I think this one had more of NPH so that helped.
American Pie 2. I love all the movies but the second one was my favorite. It just had way more craziness.
Also Camp Rock 2 but you have to be a Jonas fan to even like those movies to begin with so I'm sure I'm alone in that one.

HOME ALONE is much better than any other of that movie!
Back to the future I and II are about the same to be quite frank...
KARATE KID 1 is excellent..........
USUALLY THE FIRST MOVIE IN ANY MOVIE IS THE BEST!!
I mainly find original films the best of the series. However, here's a few sequels I found:
1. First Blood Part II
2. Toy Story 2
3. Aliens
4. Grown Ups 2
