I agree with several already mentioned - "Power Of Love" in Back To The Future, "Must Have Been Love" in Pretty Woman, and "Time Of My Life" in Dirty Dancing, but another one I'll never forget was Quincy Jones's "Just Once" at the end of The Last American Virgin. I always hated that ending.
