60,000 bikers east of the Mississippi...and they're bringing their 'greenbacks to Morgantown...

Watch out for them, please.

I just drove past Archie's Biker Bar and they are all decked out and ready for the hoards, which started arriving yesterday.

I was pretty depressed about selling my bike before I moved here, but I hope to buy one next spring and making the venture back to Motown.

They are here in force, and spending their money everywhere. I have yet to see even one who is not behaving like a perfect lady/gentleman.

Who would have thought our old curvy roads would be a mecca for the Harley-Davidson?

The best ride is out Rt 7 ...heading West...take a right and lunch at Miss Blues in Hundred.

Then its complicated...North to Wheeling...West to New Martinsville or South to Fairmont.

All are great rides and it depends on the time factor..

And a little down East on University to Grafton and the mountain climbs on Rt 50.

Just as good as it gets...Parsons...Petersburg and back to Seneca Rocks and Elkins to I-79.

All roads lead to Morgantown, a great ride, great music at Mylan and a great time to return to next year.

The crowd seems to be getting bigger every year. Kroger was absolutely packed at 9am this morning.
