Sending Mail To USA Question (buy, prices, stores)

I have to send some mail to NY. Will be sending it in a small white envelope such as those where one stamp would work if i was in the us and sending it to someone in the us


How long does it take for it to arrive?


I'm bit confused but i see there are some canada post that are in places like jean coutu. Are these canada post just like the canada post post offices? Thus i could buy the stamp and then drop the mail at that canada post in jean coutu? I never seen like a post office at a big drug store or anything which is why im bit confused.

Yup, those Canada Post "offices" in the drug stores are real post offices, so you can get your stamps there and they'll send it out.

It's impossible to say EXACTLY how long it will take but regular-sized envelopes that I've sent to the U.S. (to CT and MA) have take less than a week.
