Not far from L'avenue you have Tour Des Canadiens also under Construction. This is 167 metres and the second tallest building U/C in Montreal. I like this project more than L'avenue and yes - this is named for the Montreal Canadiens and YES that is the Canadiens logo on the top of the building!

Not sure what to think of the obsession with the Canadiens to the point of putting the logo at the top of the building...
