Sawgrass - Dolphin is a disaster.

How? They both seem pretty similar to me - large, discount malls. I haven't been to Sawgrass in years, though... just to Dolphin a half dozen times since it's opened.

Goofykid, probably if you say what kind of outlets (brands, store names) you are interested in, you will get better help.

Depends where u live. Both offer everything you need in my opinion (though I like Sawgrass a bit more) but if you live in Miami, go to Dolphin an save yourself the long drive. If you live in Broward, go to Sawgrass.

I wouldnt drive over an hour to go to a mall if I have a similar one within 5-30 min drive.

Sawgrass Mills hands down, much better/bigger selection of shops. Dolphin Mall isn't totally an outlet mall. Some of the stores there are regular prices stores. And most (not all) of the shops there are ghetto fabulous, malls cater to their clientele...

Dolphin is better and newer. Sawgrass is much older and not so lively, and each Mall is way out in residential areas, close to nothing.

Dadeland Mall; best Mall in Miami-Dade AND close to everything.

I'd say that Sawgrass has a better overall selection, though the Dolphin Mall is more modern and easier to navigate.
